What's All This?

Well I've decided to start a blog.

As of the time of me writing this (and probably forever, or at least for some time) this will only really be seen and (if I'm lucky) read by my friends, so, hi friends!

For a while now I've seen been following the absolutely amazing blog Goblin Punch, and while I myself am not an OSR gamer, I do love making weird worlds and strange cryptic shit, so this will be mostly me sharing that. I think a lot about my hobby, and I figure this will at the very least be a good place to share my ideas and my I'd imagine a lot of these posts are just going to be me rambling about whatever part of my D&D setting I have a particular interest in.

To be entirely fair to the fictional works I have borrowed from so heavily, I think I should wear my influences on my sleeve. I draw a lot from Goblin Punch, from Kill Six Billion Demons, and from whatever random horror podcast I happen to be listening to at the moment. A lot of what I have in my setting is inspired or repurposed from other places, as is true with lots of fantasy settings, so I will be sure to give credit where credit is due.

As for the setting, its your everyday D&D setting with a healthy dose of post-post-post apocalypse, overly thought out religions, underly thought out geography, and a lot of fantasy spec-evo with a very heavy artistic license, otherwise the creatures wouldn't be nearly rad enough to fight.

So, welcome to my first blog post. Let's hope I remember to make a second one!
